AT THE HOSPITAL.

  Jackson Brown, a colored man employed by Drake & Stratton on the 
railroad improvements on the Pittsburg division, and who was admitted 
to the hospital Friday suffering with typhoid pneumonia, died at 10.30 
o'clock Saturday morning.  Deceased was born in Virginia and was aged 
34 years.  The funeral will take place to-day.
