Morning Tribune, Tuesday, October 21, 1890 HOLLIDAYSBURG HAPPENINGS. The sudden and unexpected death of Mrs. Clarissa, wife of Mr. Blair Brua, which occurred at her home in Frankstown township on Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock, was a sad stroke to her family and friends. Mrs. Brua, on Friday last was, to all appearances, in the enjoyment of her usually good health. On the evening of that day she was taken suddenly ill and died as stated at 1 o'clock Sunday. She was the daughter of Mr. Philip Hileman, and had been married but a few years. She was an excellent woman, a devoted wife and an affectionate and faithful mother. A true Christian woman, she was from early life a sincere and consistent member of the Presbyterian church and was an earnest worker in her Master's cause. Her untimely death will be seriously felt by those associated with her in Christian work. Besides a grief stricken husband she is survived by a family of five children, the oldest of whom, a daughter, is 16 years of age. The funeral will take place this morning from her late home in the Lower Loop, this forenoon at 10 o'clock. Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery. Morning Tribune, Tuesday, October 21, 1890
