JAMES ARTHUR BRUMBAUGH

Died at the home of a son, Louis M. Brumbaugh, 1206 Sixth avenue, at 4:32 
o'clock yesterday afternoon after an extended illness.  He was born in Johnstown 
on Feb. 18, 1884, a son of Jacob C. and Flora (Hess) Brumbaugh.  His wife, Mrs. 
Annie Viola Brumbaugh, died a year ago.  Surviving are six daughters and two 
sons, Louis M. of the city, Mrs. Minnie C. Stom of Chicago, Mrs. Carrie Curry of 
Eldorado, Miss Bertha and Miss Grace of the city, Mrs. Stella Reed of Saxton, 
Mrs. Helen McNary and George Brumbaugh of Washington, Pa., and four 
grandchildren.  Mr. Brumbaugh was a member of the Temple Lutheran church.  
Funeral services will be held at the Tobias & Laughlin funeral home at 2:30 
o'clock Sunday afternoon.  Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery.

Funeral services for James Arthur Brumbaugh will be held at the Tobias & 
Laughlin funeral home at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon instead of 2:30 o'clock as 
was first arranged.
