He was a son of John H. and Alice (Isenberg) Brumbaugh, the latter deceased, and was born on Sept. 17, 1918. He was a member of the junior class in the Morrisons Cove Vocational High school, and a member of the First Church of the Brethren in Roaring Spring, where he was active in the church work. Surviving are the father and these brothers and sisters: Cora May and Fred, at home, Ralph of Bakers Summit, Mrs. Anna Lotz of 3014 Broad avenue, Altoona, and Floyd of Martinsburg. Funeral services will be conducted at the First Church of the Brethren in Roaring Spring Monday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock in charge of the pastor, Rev. S. P. Early, and interment will be made in Martinsburg Fairview cemetery. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., July 18, 1936
