S. DAVID BUCK

  S. David Buck, a former resident of this vicinity, died suddenly at 10 
o'clock yesterday morning at his home in Nevada, Mo.  Deceased was the son of 
Jacob and Nancy Buck, both deceased, and who formerly resided at Eldorado.  
He had been a resident of Missouri since 1866 and had frequently visited this 
city and Eldorado.  He was of kind and loving disposition and was held in 
respect and esteem by all who knew him.  He had many friends here who will 
learn of his death with sincere regret.  He is survived by his wife and these 
brothers and one sister: Trevan Buck, of Eldorado; John A., of Kansas City, 
Kan.; Mrs. Martha Lindsay, Mrs. Elizabeth Yon, Mrs. Anna M. Kuhn, Mrs. Sabina 
Davis, Mrs. Helena Fleck and Miss Estella Buck, all of this city.
