He was born at Woodbury, Bedford county, on March 18, 1853, the son on Abram and Susan (Zook) Bulger, where he grew to manhood and learned the coachmaking trade. He was united in marriage with Clara Heagy on Jan. 31, 1877, who survives, with two brothers, Franklin and C. W. Bulger, both of Woodbury. He was educated in the schools of his native town and moved to Martinsburg in 1883, where he followed his trade of coachmaking. He was a member of the Martinsburg Church of God, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and the encampment. Funeral services will be conducted at the home Wednesday morning at 10.30 o'clock.
