MARTINSBURG MATTERS.

  Obed Burger died at his home, a short distance south of the village, 
Thursday morning last, aged 68 years.  Deceased was a cripple from his 
birth, and passed from the cradle to the grave dwarfed in his legs.  
Yet he was industrious, and by making and saving he had on deposit in 
our bank when it closed $1,700.  He is survived by two brothers and 
three sisters.
