Burke, of 2415 Walnut Avenue, Victim of Acute Indigestion Dennis G. Burke, aged 25, was found dead on a couch at the family home, 2415 Walnut avenue, at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Death was pronounced due to acute indigestion. The young man, who was of splendid physique and had always enjoyed good health, had been sick for several days, and remained home from his work at the Pennsy flue shop yesterday. He had worked as usual, on Monday, the day before his death. He had lain down on the couch at the home early yesterday afternoon. About 4 o'clock his brother, Silas J., went into the room and was horrified to find him dead. Dr. W. P. Harlos, who was notified at once, arrived a short time later and pronounced death due to acute indigestion. He said that the young man had been dead about an hour before being discovered. Dennis G. Burke was born in this city September 9, 1891, and had resided here all his life. He was educated at the Sacred Heart parochial school and was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic church. He is survived by his father, N. A. Burke; two brothers, Joseph Clement and Silas J., and one sister, Miss Tessie, all at home. The funeral will be held with solemn requiem mass at Sacred Heart church at 10 o'clock Saturday morning, followed by interment in Calvary cemetery.
