BURKET.

  Mrs. Alice Crawford Burket, of Sinking Valley, died at the home of 
her sister, Mrs. Hayes Culp, 2010 Maple avenue at 2.15 o'clock 
yesterday morning.  She was born in Sinking Valley and was a lifelong 
member of the Presbyterian church of Arch Springs.  Besides her 
husband, John W. Burket, she is survived by three children, Ross, Mary 
and Mrs. Lou M. Crawford, of Sinking Valley, two brothers, Ross and 
John D., also of Sinking Valley, and one sister, Mrs. Culp, also 
survive. [sic]  Funeral services will be held from her late home at 
Sinking Valley at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, with burial in the 
Arch Springs cemetery.
