JOHN B. BURKHOLDER

  John B. Burkholder, formerly a resident of Tipton, died at the Blair 
county hospital yesterday morning at 8 o'clock.  He had been in ill 
health for a number of months and suffered mostly from nervous 
disorder.  Deceased was the son of Perry G. and Dora Burkholder, both 
deceased, and was aged 41 years.  He is survived by his wife, Dessie 
(nee Burket) at 2710 West Chestnut avenue, this city, and five 
children, Ralph, Onda, Huldah, Raymond and Elizabeth, all at home.  The 
body was removed to the undertaking establishment of George E. Fuoss, 
of Bellwood, at which place the funeral services will be conducted 
Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock.  Interment will follow in Antis 
cemetery.
