BURKHOLDER Of 331 South Second street, Bellwood, an employe of the Pennsylvania railroad blacksmith shop, died this morning at 5 o'clock at his home after an extended illness. He was born May 7, 1901, in Bellwood, a son of Bishop and Dessie (Burket) Burkholder, and had resided in Bellwood for the past 13 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edith Treese Burkholder, a daughter, Elinore, wife of George Miller of Bellwood; a grandson, Gordon Miller; one brother and two sisters, Ralph Burkholder of Juniata, Mrs. Harold Fowler of Bellwood and Mrs. David Dodson of Altoona. Mr. Burkholder was a member of the Bellwood Olivet Baptist church. Friends will be received at the home after 7.30 o'clock this evening.
