BURNS, 84, of Bellemeade Home, formerly of Box 35, RD 3, Kettle Road, died at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, 1984, in Altoona Hospital, following a lengthy illness. Mr. Burns retired as a school bus driver from the Altoona Area School District in 1974. He was born Dec. 5, 1899, in Altoona, the son of William T. and Emma (Weyandt) Burns, and June 3, 1943, married Grace E. Oeffinger, who died April 30, 1977. Surviving are two stepsons: C. Bruce Oeffinger of Juniata and Donald L. Oeffinger of Trenton, Mich.; six step grandchildren and seven step great- grandchildren. He was a World War II army veteran. Friends will be received from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 10 to 11 a.m. Monday in the Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, Juniata. BURNS - Services for Clyde M. Burns, of Bellemeade Home, formerly of Box 35, RD 3, Kettle Road, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Mauk and Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata, by the Rev. David L. Weaver.
