EMMA BURNS Of 516 First avenue, died at her home at 5.30 o'clock yesterday afternoon after a long illness. She was born April 6, 1860, a daughter of Jacob and Sophia (Weyandt) Weyandt. She was married to William T. Burns, who died twenty-nine years ago. Mrs. Burns was the mother of eleven children, eight surviving: Mrs. Laura Burket, Claysburg; Mrs. Mary Grau, at home; Mrs. Katherine Ostrander, Altoona; Charles, Samuel, Merle, Francis, and Clyde, Altoona; one sister, Mrs. Sophia Graybill, twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Burns was a member of the Trinity Reformed church. Friends will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening. BURNS - Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Burns of 516 First avenue, will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, in charge of Rev. Howard Boyer, Trinity Reformed Church. Interment, in Greenwood cemetery. Friends are being received at the home.
