JAMES H. BURNS

A former resident of Altoona and a retired Pittsburgh division 
engineer, died at 10 o'clock yesterday morning after a three-week 
illness at his home, 411 Lake street, South Fork. He was born in 
Altoona April 19, 1877. Surviving so far as is known is only a niece, 
Mrs. Ethel Zimmerman of Oakland, Calif. Mr. Burns was a charter member 
of the Pitcairn eagles and the Braddock Elks, as well as a member of 
the B. of L. F. & E. Friends are being received at the George funeral 
home, South Fork.
