BURNS, Of Box 484, Duncansville RD 3 died unexpectedly at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 1977, in her home. She was born Aug. 2, 1898, a daughter of James and Martha (Moore) Corless, and married C. Wesley Burns, who died Nov. 18, 1961. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Jane A. Keen of Duncansville; a grandson, and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Burns was a member of the Simpson United Methodist Church, Altoona, and Philathea Sunday School Class, La Boutique 8 et 40 and Ladies Auxiliary, Charles R. Rowan Post, and Blair-Bedford Bi-County Council, American Legion Auxiliary. Friends will be received in the Donald E. Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
