Mrs. Sarah Burns 

  Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Burns, widow of John J. Burns, who resided in 
Cambria county a number of years ago died Tuesday of last week at her 
home in Altoona from a complication of disease.  The deceased was born 
in Bedford in 1835 and in 1860 was united in marriage to John Burns.  
Shortly after the couple moved to St. Augustine, this county, where 
Mrs. Burns resided until the death of her husband a number of years 
ago.  She is survived by a number of children and brothers and sisters.
  The funeral took place Friday morning from St. John's Catholic Church 
in Altoona.
