All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ CHARLES HENRY BUSH Who made his home with his son, William Nelson Bush, at Curryville, died at the son's home Sunday morning at 12.45 o'clock, death being attributed to a complication of ailments incident to advanced age. Mr. Bush was born at Osterburg on Oct. 12, 1852, a son of Daniel and Margaret Bush, and was united in marriage with Miss Catherine Clarissa Hartle, who died two years ago. Mr. Bush resided at Claysburg for many years before going to Curryville twelve years ago to make his home with his son. Surviving are these children: Harriett, wife of Isaac Price of Hollidaysburg; Florence, wife of Charles Evans of Bellwood; Mary, wife of Edward Martz of Juniata, William Nelson Bush of Curryville and Edgar Bush of Claysburg, and twenty-five grandchildren and twelve great- grandchildren. He was a member of the Claysburg Reformed church. Funeral services will be conducted at the Bush home at Curryville Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock in charge of Rev. Oliver Sensenig of Alexandria, former pastor of the Claysburg church. Interment will be made in the Claysburg cemetery. The body may be viewed any time after 4 o'clock this afternoon at the Bush home. Altoona Mirror, Monday, 5 December 1932
