MAGGIE MAGDALENE BUTLER

Of Hollidaysburg, R.D. 1, died last night at 7 o'clock at the home of 
her granddaughter, Mrs. Paul Magill of Hollidaysburg, R.D. 1.  Mrs. 
Butler was born at East Freedom, R.D., April 30, 1866, a daughter of 
George H. and Rachael (Stiffler) Harker.  She was married in 1884 to 
William D. Butler, who preceded her in death along with four children.  
Surviving are a number of nephews and nieces, the granddaughter with 
whom she made her home and a great-grand-daughter, Sharon Magill.  Mrs. 
Butler was a member of the East Freedom church.  Friends will be 
received after 7 o'clock this evening at the home of Mrs. Paul Hicks of 
East Freedom.
