Benjamin Blain Calderwood, the 6-year-8-months-and-8-days-old son of Thomas and Jane Calderwood, died at the home of his parents in Ironsville on Monday at 3 p.m., of diphtheria. He was a bright, intelligent boy and his demise will be sadly felt by father, mother and only sister. Funeral took place at 3 o'clock p.m., Tuesday, the 14th. Interment in Tyrone cemetery. The funeral service will be had in the Ironsville school house on Sunday, October 26, to be conducted by Rev. William Brill.
