Calderwood, of Greenwood, a steamfitter employed in Baltimore, Maryland, died at 1:55 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Altoona hospital after several months' illness. He was born at Pennsylvania Furnace on Aug. 3, 1887, a son of James and Jane (Harpster) Calderwood. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alma (Irvin) Calderwood; his step-mother, Mrs. Annie Calderwood of Tyrone; the following children: Edward K. Calderwood of Corning, N.Y.; Calvin J. of Bellwood; Miss Edith of Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Charlotte Yon and Mrs. Jane Graham, both of Greenwood; five grandchildren, one brother and one sister, Port Calderwood of Lewistown and Mrs. Alice Snook of Reedsville, and two step-sisters, Mrs. Mary Miller of Tyrone; and Mrs. Edith Pruner of Graterford. Mr. Calderwood was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Friends will be received at the home of Ward Gramley, Greenwood after 7 o'clock this evening. The funeral will be held from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ward Gramley of Greenwood, with services at 2.30 o'clock, Saturday. Interment will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery, Tyrone.
