In this place on the 18th inst., of Typhoid Fever, Miss Sallie K. Camerer; aged 25yrs., 4 mos., and 21 days. The subject of this sad and melancholy notice was connected with office of the "Christian Family Companion" as a compositor for something over two years. At a previous period she had the fingers of her hand taken off by getting them under the platen of a power press. Recovering from this, she again entered the office, where she served Mr. Holsinger faithfully until disabled by the disease which terminated her life. Sallie, although not a member of any church, was humble and unassuming, beloved by all, without an enemy, and too good to be lost. Though her departure was early in the history of her life, we more than hope the change has translated to a holier sphere. "I have reserved unto myself seven thousand who have not bowed to the image of Baal." Tyrone Herald, Tyrone, Pa., February 26, 1869
