Died.

CARLIN. - In this city on the 18th inst., Mr. John Carlin, in his 71st 
year.
  Funeral will take place from his late residence on Fifth avenue, 
between Twelfth and Thirteenth streets, on Thursday morning at 8 
o'clock, to proceed to St. John's church.
