CARL JOSEPH CASATELLI

Of 1538 Grant Ave., died today Dec. 14, 1977, in Altoona Hospital following a 
brief illness.  Mr. Casatelli was a retired mailman.  He was born April 22, 
1913, in Altoona, a son of John and Marie (Silvestri) Casatelli, and married 
Elizabeth Letscher.

Surviving are his wife, three children, Richard of State College, Cynthia and 
Anita, at home, and two brothers and a sister, Alec of Altoona and Frank and 
Mrs. Louise Lively of Detroit, Mich.  Mr. Casatelli was a member of St. 
Mary's Catholic Church.  A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a member of 
the A. & J. Iaia American Legion Post.  Friends will be received in Stevens 
Mortuary from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
