MRS. CATHERINE M. CASSELL

Wife of Charles E. Cassell of 540 Twenty-First Avenue, died at 1:07 o'clock 
yesterday afternoon of a complication of diseases at the Mercy Hospital 
where she was admitted on October 21st.  She had been ill for the past four 
weeks.  Mrs. Cassell was born in Fulton County On March 9, 1879, a daughter 
of John and Margaret McKee Elvey.  Surviving are her husband and four 
daughters, Mrs. T. T. Gibson of the city, Elda, Emily and Dora Cassell, all 
at home, two sisters and three brothers, Thomas, William and Dan Elvey, Mrs. 
Nora Socey and  Mrs. Martha Bayle, all of the city, and two grandchildren.  
Mrs. Cassell was a member of the First Lutheran Church and of Doreen Rebekah 
Lodge, No. 318. Funeral services will be held at the home at 3 o'clock 
Thursday afternoon.  Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery.
