ANNA BELL CASWELL, Wife of Robert Caswell, died at her home in Millville at 12 o'clock last night. Her life had been hanging in the balance for two weeks, the last few days the symptoms being favorable, but she took a relapse yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Caswell was the daughter of Edward S. and Margaret Hall of Millville and was married to Robert Caswell on June 15, 1893. The immediate cause of her death was confinement, two weeks ago. The deceased was favorably known, having taught a number of years before her marriage in the Allegheny and Millville public schools. In 1891 she united with St. Paul's Lutheran church and was a consistent and faithful member, always ready to assist in every good work. For the last three years she had charge of the infant department of the Sunday school, in which position she proved herself a most proficient teacher. She is survived by her husband and son two weeks old and her father and mother and three sisters, Mrs. Catherine M. Mitchell, Carrie C. and Rebecca B. Hall, and five brothers, George W., Edward G., Willie D., Robert B, and Charles Clifford. The friends will meet at the residence of the deceased, 3009 Maple avenue, next Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Services in St. Paul's Lutheran church in charge of her pastor, Rev. E. J. Metzler. After the services her remains will be laid to rest in Fairview cemetery. Altoona Mirror, January 26, 1895
