ANNA BELL, 

Daughter of Charles A. and Ada Caswell, died at the parents' residence, 3005 
Maple avenue, Monday evening at 5 o'clock, aged 5 week [sic] and 4 days.  The 
cause of death was convulsions.  Funeral this afternoon at 3 o'clock.  
Interment in Fairview cemetery.
