CHAMBERS.

  Frank Chambers, aged 52, colored, employed as a trackman for the 
Pennsylvania, died at the Altoona hospital at 9.55 o'clock yesterday 
morning.  He was admitted to the institution Nov. 7, suffering from a 
severe attack of pneumonia.  His home is Alabama.
