CHARLES CHERRY At the home of her father, Zachariah Taylor, of Tipton, Mrs. Alice Taylor Cherry died of pulmonary tuberculosis at 4:20 o'clock Thursday morning. Mrs. Cherry was born March 3, 1895. She was united in marriage to Charles Cherry on August 31, 1916. Surviving are her husband, her father, and these brothers and sisters: George and James Taylor, Mrs. Harry Otto and Miss Edith Taylor, all of Tipton. Funeral service will be held in the Baptist church at Tipton at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Charles Embrey. Interment in Charlottesville cemetery. Altoona Tribune, Friday morning, September 6, 1918, page 10 MRS. ALICE K. CHERRY. Mrs. Alice Kaylor Cherry, wife of Charles Cherry, of Tipton, died yesterday morning at 4:30 o'clock. She was born March 9, 1916, at Tipton, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Zachary Kaylor. She was married to Charles Cherry on August 31, 1916, and one child was born to the union, but preceded its mother to the grave. Surviving are her husband, her father, two brothers, James and George, and two sisters, Mrs. Harry Otto and Miss Ethel Kaylor, all at home. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Baptist church in Bellwood, conducted by the Rev. Charles E. Embrey. Interment in Charlottville cemetery.
