MRS. MARIA G. CHIARIERI, 

Of 124 E. 4th Ave., died at 9:45 p.m. Sunday at her home after an 
extended illness.  She was born in Altoona on April 26, 1887, a 
daughter of Frank and Mary (Grassi) Febell, and on March 12, 1907, in 
Mount Carmel Catholic Church married Rocco Chiarieri, who died June 30, 
1952. Surviving are five children, John J., Mrs. Elizabeth Reimer and 
Alfred A. of the city, Mrs. Susan A. Clawson of Williamsburg and Edith 
at home; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and five brothers 
and sisters, James in California, Louis, Mrs. Minnie Savino and Mrs. 
Nora Restauri of the city and Mrs. Sue DiPoala of Homestead.  She was a 
member of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and the Royal Neighbors of 
America.  Friends are being received in the Santella Funeral Home.
