He was crossing the track in front of a locomotive, and not getting over in time to escape, was struck by the engine and killed. His remains were consigned to the grave on New Year's Day. Mr. Christ resided at Stony Point, the outer limit of Tyrone, and having been married only about one year, leaves a young wife to mourn the loss of an affectionate husband.
