CELIA AGNES (RHODES) CLAPPER, Wife of Joseph Clapper, died yesterday morning at her home at Hollidaysburg, R.D. No. 2, death being attributed to a complication of ailments. She was a daughter of Adam W. and Sarah (Gunnett) Rhodes and was born at Royer on Jan. 14, 1875. She was united in marriage with Joseph Clapper in October, 1894, at Williamsburg, who survives with one son, Calvin Clapper of Canoe Creek, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Casner of Duncansville and Ella Rhodes of Royer, and one brother, Calvin Rhodes, of Clappertown. Mrs. Clapper was of the Brethren faith. Friends are being received at the Homer Bechtel funeral parlors in Williamsburg, Pa. Altoona Mirror, Altoona, Pa., April 1, 1938
