CLARK Of 300 Cherry avenue, died yesterday at Mercy hospital. He was born in Brocton, N.Y., June 16, 1893, a son of Sherman J. and Rose (Miles) Clark. Surviving are his wife, Vivian; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Knapneyer of Erlanger, Ky., and Mrs. Ralph V. Rollo of Covington, Ky.; one step-son, Clair Manley of Gary, Ind.; his stepmother, Mrs. Ellen Clark of Jamestown, N.Y; a brother, Dr. C. M. Clark of Chicago, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Merton Binstell of Gallion, O.; five grandchildren and two step-brothers, Philip and Byron Meade of Jamestown, N.Y. Mr. Clark had been employed as salesman for the past 10 years. He was a member of the Broad Avenue Presbyterian church and an elder in the church. He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons, Newfane lodge, 947, Newfane, N.Y.; the Williamsport consistory, Jaffa Shrine and the Logan Country club.
