FRANCIS GORDON CLARK

Former resident of this city, died suddenly in Chicago, Ill., at 7:30 
o'clock last night, according to word reaching relatives in this city.  
He was aged about 34 years and was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Clark 
of 2318 Eighteenth street, Altoona.  Deceased was a resident of this 
city until a few years ago when he went to Chicago where he entered the 
postal service. Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife and 
three bothers, Victor Clark of Chicago and Leonard and Hubert Clark of 
this city, the latter the contractor now engaged in erecting the 
Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. The local relatives have gone to 
Chicago where funeral services and burial will take place Friday 
morning.
