HOLLIDAYSBURG HAPPENINGS.
Another Victim of Scarlet Fever.

  We had fondly hoped that we would soon be spared the sad and painful 
duty of announcing the death of another victim of scarlet fever, but 
such appears not to be the case even for a single day, as each day 
brings a victim to lay in the cold grave.  On Tuesday evening Charles, 
son of Mr. Christ. Cliber and brother of Mr. John Cliber, clerk of the 
American House, died of the disease.  The deceased was a bright little 
boy of about 7 years of age.  The funeral will take place at 10 o'clock 
to-day.
