Clifford of 404 Second avenue, South Lakemont, died at 4.47 o'clock this morning at Mercy hospital, where she had been a patient since March 24. She was born in Geeseytown on May 13, 1878, a daughter of John and Mary (Madara) Rittz, and on Nov. 27, 1895, married Mr. Clifford, residing in Altoona and South Lakemont since. Surviving are her husband, three daughters and two sons, Mrs. Ella Rininger and George W. Clifford of the city, Mrs. Mildred French of South Lakemont, Thomas E. and Miss Dora Mae Clifford at home; twelve grandchildren, of whom two grandson, Charles L. Weyandt and Thomas Earl Clifford, jr., resided at the home, and five sisters, Mrs. Hattie Luther of Johnstown, Mrs. Ora Rittenhouse of Heidlersburg, Mrs. May Mishler of Johnstown, Mrs. Tressa Himmer of Geistown and Mrs. Lizzie Kunkle of Johnstown. Mrs. Clifford was a member of the Fifty-eighth Street Methodist church. Friends will be received at the home after 6 o'clock this evening. CLIFFORD - Funeral services for Mrs. Cora Mae Clifford of 404 Second avenue, South Lakemont, will be held at the home at 2.30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon by Rev. J. W. Wible.
