Colabine passed away at his father's home at Tyrone Forges at 12:15 o'clock yesterday afternoon, death being due to a complication of diseases from which he had been suffering for the past seven weeks. The young man caught a heavy cold early in the spring, pneumonia later setting in. His condition at times was greatly improved, then he would suffer a relapse. He was taken to the Altoona hospital, where special treatment for the lungs was given, but the ailment did not respond to medical care and he was brought to his father's home at Tyrone Forges on Tuesday, where he gradually grew weaker until he passed away. Millard David Colabine was born at Tyrone Forges October 23, 1892, and was a son of Louis and Lottie Colabine. On February 4, 1913, he was united in marriage with Miss Mary Root, of Birmingham, who with one daughter, Margaret, survives to mourn the death of a devoted husband and loving father. He is also survived by his parents and the following brothers and sisters: Calhoun, Mrs. Harry Delozier, Mrs. Alfred Getz, Mrs. Raymond Getz, Mrs. Gerald Grazier, all of Tyrone. Deceased possessed a kind and loving disposition and had a host of friends in this community who will be grieved to learn of the death. Funeral announcements will be made later.
