WINIFRED [WINFIELD] SCOTT COLBERT

Of 34 Grand Ave., Cumberland, Md., died last evening in Sacred Heart 
Hospital in Cumberland. He was born in Blair County Sept. 13, 1880, a 
son of Robert S. and Emma (Mayer) Colbert, and married Julia Slippey, 
who preceded him in death. Surviving are two children, Melvin W. of 
Cumberland and Mrs. Helen Poole, at home; one grandchild, two great-
grandchildren, and a brother, Charles E. of Altoona. He was a retired 
fireman of the B&O Railroad. Friends will be received at the Plank 
Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, after 3:30 p.m. Friday.
