All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ JOHN COLE, An aged and highly esteemed gentleman, died yesterday morning at the residence of his son, Isadore Cole, in Logan township, aged 73 years, 8 months and 25 days. Mr. Cole was a native of Germany and had resided in Blair county for over twenty-five years. He was twice married, his first wife having died about thirty years ago. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Sylvester, E. M., T. P., Isadore, J. A., Edward, Mrs. Frank McGough, and Misses Emma and Cinda, all of this city; Henry, of Ashville; Mrs. Dr. Duff, of East Freedom; Jennie, of Ebensburg, and Joseph, in the west. He was a member of the Sacred Heart church. Funeral services will be held in the Sacred Heart church on Friday morning. High mass will be celebrated at 9 o'clock.
