PAULINE SPENCE COLE

A native of Bellwood residing at 505 E. Market St., Alliance, Ohio, 
died at 5.05 p.m. yesterday, Sept. 10, 1970, in Alliance City Hospital 
after an extended illness. She was born April 30, 1899, a daughter of 
John W. and Bertha (Funk) Weight, and was twice married, first to Dale 
Spence, then to Gilbert Cole. Surviving are her husband, two daughters 
born to the first marriage, Mrs. Theda Avery of Midland, Mich., and 
Mrs. Carolyn Bell of Altoona; seven grandchildren and seven great-
grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Hickey Funeral Home from 
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
