MRS. MARTHA A. COLLIER

A former resident of this city, died at her home in Denver City, Col. on May 18, 
aged 59 years, 5 months and 18 days.  The deceased maiden name was Martha A. 
Hoff.  She was born in Blair county, September 29 1833.  In 1878 she married 
Leonard Collier and settled in Denver City.  Fifteen months after their marriage 
her husband died, leaving her a widow in that city, where she remained until her 
death.  She leaves to mourn their loss three brothers and two sisters - George 
and E. T. Hoff of Elk county, Pa., J. E. Hoff of Scott county, Iowa, and Mary M. 
Mock and Susan S. Lytle of this city.  Mrs. Collier had many friends in this 
city and Hollidaysburg, who will be pained to learn of her death.
