Local Brevities.

  Martin Conley died at twenty-five minutes after 10 o'clock last night 
at his home, No. 620 Seventh avenue.  He was born in Ireland in 1828 
and was a resident of Altoona since 1853, being employed in the 
company's shops.  He is survived by one brother, Timothy Conley, and 
one sister, Mrs. David Cassidy, both residing in this city.  
Inflammation of the bowels was the cause of death.  The funeral 
arrangements will be announced to-morrow.
