JENNIE E. CONRAD

Of Newry, died at 9:57 p.m. Sunday, May 7, 1978, in Altoona Hospital, following 
a brief illness.  She was born July 10, 1896, in Newry, a daughter of Frank and 
Ella (Shade) Holland, and married Nelson J. Conrad, who died April 19, 1969.  
Surviving are six children, Robert F. of Altoona, Mrs. Yvonne Wilt of Tampa, 
Fla., Rodney C., Glenn R., Mrs. Betty Horetsky and Wayne H., all of 
Duncansville RD; 16 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three sisters, 
Mrs. Lulu Long of Duncansville RD, Mrs. Lillian Burk of Hollidaysburg RD and 
Mrs. Ethel Brown of Martinsburg.  Mrs. Conrad was a member of the Newry 
Lutheran Church and Lutheran Church Women.  Friends will be received from 2 to 
4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Donald E. Liebegott Funeral Home, 
Duncansville.
