ROBERT B. CONRAD

Of 1114 Federal St., Toronto, Ohio, died Saturday, Aug. 26, 1972, at 4:25 p.m. 
of a heart attack in a Toronto hospital.  He was born Aug. 8, 1918, in 
Bellwood, a son of Robert E. and Maynie (Geist) Conrad, and was married to 
Elizabeth Hughes of Altoona.  Surviving are his wife and two sons, Robert M. of 
Terre Haute, Ind., and Mark Allen at home; eight brothers and sisters, Kenneth 
of Manchester, Ohio, Russell of Batavia, Ohio, Charles and Thomas of Bellwood, 
Merrill of Altoona, Mrs. Kathleen Starner of Bellmeade, Mrs. Bernice McCoy of 
Dover, Del., and Mrs. Lois Taylor of Tipton.  Mr. Conrad was manager of the G. 
C. Murphy Store in Toronto and a veteran of World War II.  Friends will be 
received in the Johnson Funeral Home, Bellwood, from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 2 
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
