MRS. MINNIE A. COOK

Widow of Robert A. Cook, a former sheriff of Blair County, died 
yesterday at the home of her son, William R., of 2707 Broadway, 
Wehnwood after a brief illness.  She was born in Rasselas, Elk County, 
March 20, 1875, a daughter of William T. and Selina (Carbis) Harris, 
and on Dec 31, 1895, married Mr. Cook, who died in 1945. Surviving are 
the son and three daughters, Mrs. Selina Kay and Mrs. Emil Neher of the 
city and Mrs. John McCartney of Cumberland, Md; seven grandchildren and 
14 great grandchildren.  Mrs. Cook was a life member of St. Luke's 
Episcopal Church.  Friends are being received at the Korns Funeral 
Home, Juniata.
