DEATH OF A CHILD.

  Walter Devere Cook, son of H. W. and Mary Cook, died early yesterday 
morning at the family home, 437 Fourth avenue, of pneumonia.  The child 
was born on July 28, 1917.  Surviving are the parents and one brother, 
Charles J. in the ordnance department at Wooster, Mass., and three 
sisters, Mrs. D. J. Harris, and Miss Eloise and Miss Inez, both at 
home.
