Mill Fireman Dies Suddenly Lewis Hayden Cornelius, aged 62, a stationary fireman, employed at the Tyrone plant of the West Virginia Pulp and Paper company and a resident of Orchard Crossing, died suddenly yesterday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock while at his work. Death was attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Cornelius was a son of Davis and Alice Hutchinson Cornelius and was born in Huntingdon county on May 10, 1882. On Jan. 19, 1904, at Warriors mark, he was united in marriage with Bertha Fagley and they resided at Orchard Crossing for forty-five years. Surviving are the wife and twelve children: Mrs. Harold Fink and Fagley Cornelius, both of Meadeville, Mrs. Webster Reichard, Mrs. Edward Waite, and Frank Cornelius, all of Tyrone, R. D. No. 2, Mrs. William Ayers of Tyrone, Cpl Charles Cornelius in France, S/Sgt. Gilbert Cornelius, in Italy, Alvin, Hayden, Jr., Kathryn and Verne all at home; and eight grandchildren. Also surviving are one brother and one sister, Edward Cornelius of New York state and Mrs. Frank Fagley of Juniata.
