RALPH DAVID COUNSMAN

  Ralph David Counsman, of 616 Third avenue, died at 11.15 o'clock 
yesterday morning at his home, of asthmatic croup.  He was stricken ill 
Tuesday noon.  He was born in this city, January 15, 1893, and was the 
son of John L. and Catherine Counsman.  He was employed as bookkeeper 
in his father's office for several years, and is survived by his 
parents, two sisters, Mrs. Harry Wertzberger and Mrs. William Kabella, 
both of this city, and two brothers, Russell, Cleveland, O.; and Roy, 
this city.  He was a member of St. Mark's Catholic church, where 
funeral services will be conducted at 9 o'clock Saturday morning, 
followed by burial at St. John's cemetery.
