MARIA SALOME COWHER

Of 1266 Bald Eagle avenue, Tyrone, died this morning at 4.30 o'clock at her 
home following an illness of several years.  She was born in Port Matilda Sept. 
10, 1866, a daughter of John H. and Sophia Jane (Woodring) Cowher, and was the 
last of her immediate family.  For the past 11 years she had made her home in 
Tyrone with a nephew and a niece, John A. Little and Miss Sophia Little.  
Surviving are a number of nephews and nieces.  Miss Cowher was a member of the 
First Presbyterian church, Tyrone.  Friends will be received at the Graham & 
Getz funeral home, Tyrone, after 7 o'clock Friday evening.
