CRAMER Of 600 N. 5th St., Bellwood, died at 3 a.m. yesterday in the Altoona Veterans Administration Hospital after five months illness. He was born May 6, 1895, in State College, a son of William M. and Loutistia (Markle) Cramer, and was twice married, first to Mary F. Stapleton, who died in 1943, then in 1947 to Helen P. Barr. Surviving are his wife, two children, Mrs. Georgeanna Collier of Bellwood and Jacob L., in the Army in France; two step-children, Mrs. Betty Gable of Riggles Gap and Charles Barr of Bellwood; three grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: Lynn, Misses Mae and Nellie and Mrs. Nancy Witts of State College, Ciny and Mrs. Helen Swartz of Bellwood and Mrs. Isabel Lehman of Bald Eagle. A son, Wilmer B., was killed in 1944 in action on Saigon in World War II. Mr. Cramer was a member of the State College E.U.B. Church, a veteran of Army service in World War I, a past commander of the Bellwood American Legion and retired from the dairy business after 23 years of association with a brother George.
