Cramer, 83, of 740 Canal street, Williamsburg, prominent in St. Mary's Russian Orthodox church, Williamsburg, and a retired employe of the West Virginia Pulp & Paper company, died at his home at 7.55 o'clock this morning after having been ill since Monday. Mr. Cramer had served as professor and Kantor in St. Mary's church since 1916. He formerly was employed as a drainerman in the Williamsburg paper mill until retirement. He was born in Czechoslovakia Dec. 29, 1868, a son of John and Nancy Cramer, and at Tyrone on Jan. 16, 1893, married Susanna Hromy, who preceded him in death. Surviving are the following children: Joseph, jr., John and Mrs. Mary Homsey of Youngstown, O., Mrs. Annie Sokol of Boyers, Mrs. Susana Skimko of Spangler, Wassel and Michael of Williamsburg, Mrs. Elsie Wapner of Camp Hill and Mrs. Nancy Homsey, at the home; 43 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the home after 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. Altoona Mirror, January 18, 1952
